I have been getting the HEVC codec membership issue even though I have premier rush. Is there anyway to get the codec without upgrading my membership? Unless go-pro changed the encoding for their hero10 with a recent update I am not sure why this changed because I have edited multiple videos from the same go-pro previously

Thanks for the message. You are experiencing an interesting problem. If you have a paid subscription to Adobe Express, you should have access to Rush using the HEVC codec. If that is the case, contact support. The chat pod is in the lower-right corner of the screen. Ask for the "video queue." They are available M-F 7AM to 7PM. I hope they can help you.
