How do you delete titles from your title library?

When I right-click a title in my library, the "delete" option is always grayed out.

This means that the Title is not in your Local Library folder.

Strange, I closed and reopened Rush and the problem went away

But if you work on multiple devices you could waste time tracking down which device's Local Library a title you want to delete is on.  Is there no global deletion option which will delete a title on all devices?
