How to import video from external device, ipados in Premiere Rush?

Hi guys I'm on an iPad Pro 3rd gen with iPad os. How do I import video into rush from say a go pro?

I imported it into the files app in a folder.

We appreciate you writing in. I understand that you're using Premiere Rush on iPad Pro and you want to import videos from the external device. Am I correct?

• Which device are you trying to import from?
• Could you confirm the codec/format, the frame rate of the clips?

Hey James!

Rush doesn't currently support importing from the Files app, although it's one of our top requests, so I expect its implementation somewhere down the road. Can you save these GoPro files to the Photos app on the iPad? This will allow you to access the footage to import into Rush.
