Imported Media Getting Stretched

I imported some videos to my Rush project. These all were scaled normally, and I was even able to export this video. I went back to make some edits to then reupload, but all of the imported media was stretched. I couldn't undo this stretch. When I went to manually adjust each one, the blue box (not sure what it's called) didn't even cover the entire media. How can I fix this?

What happens if you click Fill instead of Fit at the top of the Transform panel?

It fits the content covered in the blue box. It pushes anything outside of that beyond the screen. I hope that makes sense.

From your screenshot, I can see that the increase the width & height using the Scale sliders. What happens when you try to scale it up from there?
