Imported Media Getting Stretched

I imported some videos to my Rush project. These all were scaled normally, and I was even able to export this video. I went back to make some edits to then reupload, but all of the imported media was stretched. I couldn't undo this stretch. When I went to manually adjust each one, the blue box (not sure what it's called) didn't even cover the entire media. How can I fix this?
