Dear Adobe Team,I am an aspiring video creator and a long-time user of Adobe Premiere Rush on both mobile and desktop platforms. For me, Rush has become an essential tool for quick video editing. Its intuitive interface, simple setup, and seamless cross-device workflow save valuable time and allow me to publish content quickly and reliably without unnecessary complexity.In light of this, I respectfully ask that you maintain support for Adobe Premiere Rush and avoid discontinuing it. At the very least, I kindly request that you preserve the ability to install and activate existing versions, while also providing a smooth migration path with project transfer and feature parity should a replacement be introduced.I would also like to express my disappointment regarding the discontinuation of Photoshop Mix, which I used frequently and found highly effective. Unfortunately, no suitable alternative has been made available, and I now have to rely on Photoshop on my laptop, which is not always c

You cannot see the word to edit on your phone,  most people take a video on the phone to then work on it on thier phone and the upload to social media, I shouldn't have to log into my laptop to the edit the words i want on the video. I cant even see the words, I cannot select and write it out.

Why won't video import and process into Adobe Premiere Rush? 

I have been using Premiere Rush for converting audio tapes from mp3 to mp4 to upload.I have not finished the project and just went to open it and it is gone from my apps.I asked the virtual helper but it kept linking me to Premiere, Rush appears to have disappeared completely. I know it is being discontinued and had posted previously about this so please do not post links to tutorials for Premiere as I neither want nor need it.The only thing I have changed at this end was my subscription from monthly to annual and in doing so Rush appears to have been removed. I have been a subscriber for about twenty years.To cut a long story short where on earth is it, are you hiding it?

I’m trying to renew. I checked my Apple subscription. Apparently it says it’s been canceled since December 6, but I’ve been using it. No problem. I had no idea. There was a failure to renew. I tried logging out. I tried signing back in. I tried processing a new subscription. But I don’t understand what’s going on

These mp4 files have excellent integrity on the brand new Windows 11 pc.  When I try to import them into Premier Elements 2026, they either do not play at all or play so poorly (extreme lags or stutters)  that I give up.  Adobe says this is an supported format and it should be because it is so prevalent. What gives?

Hello everyone, Adobe Premiere Rush freezes and/or crashes on Windows 11. I have never had problems on Windows 10. As soon as the program tries to load the video preview thumbnails, it's over. I've already tried clearing the cache and disabling hardware acceleration. I have also tried running Rush in Windows compatibility mode, no improvement either. It's really great that I now have a new computer to be able to work more smoothly with the program, it's just stupid that the program no longer works. Can Rush ever be better than CapCut on an iPhone?

Hi There Please do not Discontinue until 4040 I need to use to edit my videos in 2031-2033 and in the future would like to discontinue later in 4040 Thank You Kevin 

Template use: The app requests my full photo and video library in order to have access to templates. We pay good money and should not have to give access to our full library in order to use what we pay for. It seems like a desire to invade privacy without a choice. 

Cannot import any still photos from iphone 17pro library running latest IOS  26.3 into a Rush video project - error says usupported media type. I’ve tried one photo at a time. NO problem importing video media. Any ideas? 

Adobe Premiere for mobile: Great app, but I really miss Audio Keyframe editing options. Are there any plans to add this feature in the near future?

I purchased the yearly adobe rush app subscription for my phone to edit videos. The app is always lagging and closing while I'm editing. It's taking longer for me to edit my videos than the free app I use to use! What is going on with Rush? 

Adobe rush is taking up far too much space on my iPhone, I have deleted all my projects, however, the space is still being taken up when I look in my settings… 17 GB, how can I delete this? There are no settings for clearimg cash or deleted projects for Adobe rush?

Check out Creative Cloud Express Quick Actions. You can reverse the video there, then import it into Premiere Rush. This option is for you to use free of charge. Hi All, I'm new Rush but not to video editing (I've previously worked with Premiere Pro and other video editing software). I cannot fathom out why all my exports are faded and VERY washed out – nothing like what I saw on the screen while editing them. I'm working on an 18-month-old, top-of-the-range iMac. I really think there should be a pro version, where y'all can add drag and drop effects and transitions from the world that people have created and text animations too also pen tool and advance tools like Roto and all can be a good plus point every CapCut user will shift again to premiere pro cause obviously adobe with an app like CapCut will shake the market and a video ready drag and drop templates will be helpful too

Hi, Can you please help me with this problem?The Premiere Rush mobile app is not working at all on my phone. It won't let me load any media or create a new project, even when I'm using mobile data or wifi.Do you have any idea why this is happening? I've already reinstalled the app, restarted my phone, put it in airplane mode... nothing worked...It's quite frustrating when I pay for a product that constantly has errors or doesn't work at all. I'd appreciate any advice. Thanks,Klára

Rush is crashing frequently. The log files indicate some stack overflow?How do I report this and, hopefully get a resolution?

With an active Creative Cloud plan, installed the new Premiere for mobile apps on ipad and iphone both on most recent IOS. Despite being signed in on both apps I can’t access premium features.Have spoken to support and have an open case yet troubleshooting hasn’t as yet fixed the issue.Has anyone else experienced this issue?
