crashing while export

everytime i try to export my project the app crashes and closes down. i've spent about 4 hours on this what a complete waste, is there any way to fix this? also is there anyway to refund premium?

I hope you solved this. It sounds like you have a corrupt clip or sequence. Try swapping out the first clip If that doesn’t work, see if another project can export. Rush support will soon end. I recommend Premiere Mobile now.

I’ve seen export crashes like this happen when a specific clip or effect causes a problem during rendering. If it crashes at the same point every time, I’d try removing or replacing the clip/effect around that section first. It may also be worth testing a small section of the project separately to narrow down what is causing the crash.

yep i have over 100gb free storage on my ipad yet still doesnt allow me to export and the app just crashes

Does it crash at the same place every time? If so, remove any effects that are in place there.
