Error message when exporting to my computer

When going to export my video to my computer, I get this error message about the HEVC codec. I was informed by an Adobe employee that Premiere Rush is free. Additionally, I never received this message any of the times when I had an active Adobe plan.

Hi @CariY,

Thanks for clarifying. Premiere Rush does have a free Starter version with unlimited exports, but HEVC codec support requires a paid plan that includes Rush Premium.

Since you no longer have an active subscription, that's why you're seeing the HEVC message.

As a workaround, you can convert the HEVC source clips to H.264 before importing them into Rush. If you don't have Media Encoder, a free utility such as Shutter Encoder or HandBrake can do this.

Sorry for the confusion.

Thanks,
Kevin

Hi! I currently don't have an active subscription. Premiere Rush is free with limited access to some of its features, correct?
