Premiere Rush has disappeared from my apps

I have been using Premiere Rush for converting audio tapes from mp3 to mp4 to upload.

I have not finished the project and just went to open it and it is gone from my apps.

I asked the virtual helper but it kept linking me to Premiere, Rush appears to have disappeared completely. I know it is being discontinued and had posted previously about this so please do not post links to tutorials for Premiere as I neither want nor need it.

The only thing I have changed at this end was my subscription from monthly to annual and in doing so Rush appears to have been removed. I have been a subscriber for about twenty years.

To cut a long story short where on earth is it, are you hiding it?

      Sorry for the confusion. I think I can help clarify what may have happened here.

      Premiere Rush previously had a free Starter plan that was available to Creative Cloud customers, including people whose paid plan did not specifically include Premiere Rush. This meant you could install and use Rush even though it wasn't technically part of your paid subscription.

      That may explain how you were able to use Rush for quite some time while Support is now saying it wasn't included in your plan.

      Customers who have a Premiere Rush entitlement can still install the desktop app from the More apps from Adobe section of the Creative Cloud desktop app until Rush is discontinued on September 30, 2026.

        Hey Kevin

         

        Thank you for the reply. Would I still be able to access Rush?, I do not see More Apps anywhere.

         

        I had been using Adobe Express to do the same thing but was then restricted to thirty minutes which is no use for converting a ninety minute audio tape to MP4, I currently have two which I missed during my mass conversion of hundreds of tapes of radio shows by, mainly, now deceased DJ’s. I upload these and a few times have had archivists come in to say that no one had previously uploaded some of the content so there is a genuine important historical context.

        I recently tried the digital suite of an establishment I am a paid member of but their internet connection is so bad that in half an hour Express was unable to download a single file so I gave up. I will not have access to college library computers until the end of this month and may run in to the same problem which will leave me where I am currently.

        I genuinely cannot afford to upgrade my plan from what I currently have so if I could use Rush again until it is retired it would be appreciated but, as I said, I am not seeing More Apps anywhere.

        Lo mismo me paso, no está en las aplicaciones de ADOBE lo descargue en Windows os 10 y ahora en la IMAC no aparece la opción de descarga. La quitaron el problema es que tengo proyectos en la pc y en la Mac no tengo ni la aplicación.

        When Adobe got back to me they told me that I never had Premiere Rush in my plan so I must have imagined using it for the last eighteen months. They then tried to gouge me for more money. Would anyone here give someone more money under these circumstances?
