I have been receiving the "No network connection. Only projects you have previously opened on this device will be available." I am fully connected to the Wifi so I'm not sure why I keep getting this message!

Hi there,

Sorry for the confusion. If you're connected to Wi-Fi and otherwise have internet access, you don't need to troubleshoot your network because of this message.

Premiere Rush's Creative Cloud project syncing was discontinued, but Rush can still display this misleading “No network connection” warning. Projects stored locally on your device can still be opened and edited.

Sorry for the confusing message.

Thanks,
Kevin

This is helpful to know. If Wi-Fi is working normally, it’s good to know that the warning can be misleading and doesn’t necessarily mean there’s a network problem. I’ll Read More about the changes to Creative Cloud project syncing and how locally stored projects are affected.
