Adobe Staff Pls help me with Rush! Urgent

Dear Adobe,

I understand that you are discontinuing RUSH soon. 
I loved this editing program and have used it over the last 5 years to make hundreds of short videos.  
Just recently I lost access to everything, and seem to get back into my account.  Please 1) assist me to retrieve my files under the name - Michelle Baruch and 2) Advise me how I can save them/back them all up before you guys close up shop.
