iphone footage does not import in Rush

I cant import files from my phone or from dropbox, it wont accept video or audio files.

• Which OS version is installed on your iPhone?
• What is the codec of media files taken from the iPhone?

 Ive got IOS 12.4.1

the codec is DSCN
