Is it now impossible to create custom mogrts?

My research tells me that I have to create mogrts in Premiere Pro v15.4 in order to bring them into Rush. 15.4 is no longer available to download. Am I SOL? Why is this functionality so broken and for so long?

Thanks for the question. Yes, the functionality of creating custom .mogrt files for Rush is no longer available. This is a user-to-user forum, so the answer to your question is not available from anyone here. I will let the product team know you are still looking for that feature.
