Hallo,
There are some basic color management steps needed.

See Neil's response. We need more info. Did you shoot in HDR? That would be important to know. Rush does not support HDR at this time. My first piece of advice, if this is HDR footage (or similar), is to do the project in Premiere Pro which has tools for working with that media. With more info about your system and media, we can help.
Thanks,
Kevin

Ah super. Ja es ist HDR. Wie müsste ich das ganze dann in pro bearbeiten damit ich die Veränderung nicht habe?

Try Premiere Pro 24.0 or Beta 24.1. The entire HDR workflow is straightforward and you don't need to create any special settings. They are automatically detected and set for you. Try it and report back.
Thanks,
Kevin

Hi adobe support, I have the same problem. I use the rush premium on my mobile phone android Samsung. I recorded my videos with my Samsung s23 ultra with very good colorful videos. But it was shocking to see losing so many colours (becoming Almost white) after I input into rush and after rendering. Please help me how I can keep my original video quality in rush? I can't reproduced these videos anymore since many interactions with humans were involved - impossible to record again. What are the steps I needed to continue my editing? Thank you for your rapid response, since I am desperately for losing my product on time.

You need to learn how to handle color managment. Rush on a phone is different, and the only times I've used it were a couple years ago when it was spanking new. It's changed a lot since then.
If your color management settings are correct, it will handle the HDR format (HLG) that you're shooting ok. I think there is a Rush forum? If so, ask there ...
I don't really recommend shooting in any HDR yet, as 1) many screens don't support it at all yet 2) most that say they do, only do one or two of the several flavors, and those not well and 3) it takes at times a bit more knowledge of what you're doing and where you want to go.
