Mobile Rush app washes out video when exporting -recurring

Often when I export a video I've edited on the Rush app, the export washes out the colors like there's a blinding white light washing everything out. They're simple compilations of camera roll, and the issue persists even when I troubleshoot.  Is this a bug or am I missing something? It's happened on and off for a year now, but lately it's more frequent. I just end up needing to transfer the videos to my computer to be able to edit them there

Update: exporting at 720 instead of 1080 avoids the color issue. Not a solution I understand, but a workaround

Also having this issue - happened after i changed to iPhone 15, but might just be a coincidence?

Hi @wonderful_explorer7711,

Thanks for the question. Are you shooting HDR video or something? Apple turned this on for all newer iPhones and it's caused a lot of problems for Rush editors. My advice is to turn off that feature on your mobile device's camera, as HDR is not supported  in Rush. I hope the info provides some clue as to what's going on under the hood. Feel free to attach any screen shots for further evaluation. I hope we can help you.

Thanks,

Kevin

Great! Let us know the resutls once you test with your camera shooting standard Rec 709 video. Color issues are so vexing these days, especially by Apple turning on that feature by default. Cheers.

Thanks,
Kevin
