Need video to loop 24/7

My company rents a display case at a local resort for marketing. We put a TV in the display and I created a 3 1/2 minute video for it in Adobe Premeir Rush. We need this video to run 24/7 non-stop with little to no maintenance. I put the video on a Samsung Bar 128gb flashdrive and then plugged into the Samsung TV on and set it to loop. I stayed there and watched it a few times to make sure it worked and it did. This morning, we got a call from the resort that our tv was black.  I haven't had a chance to go there and investigate it yet. Do you guys know what could've caused it to shut off?  How can I get it to play 24/7 without interuption? Any advice on this would be extremely helpful.

Hi @Braden34196965yupt,

Sorry that I can't offer any pertinent advice. I'd love to see a solution that anyone else has here. It sounds like it could be a setting or limitation of the hardware device (the TV set). Can you search around on the ideal TV that would suit a 24-7 video loop? Let us know what you find out.

Thanks,
Kevin
