Not compatible on oneplus 9rt

Dear Adobe

My "one plus 9 rt" android phone is fully updated, using latest version of android and have 8+4 gb RAM with 128 GB internal memory. But it's showing not compatible while I try to download it from play store. Can you please resolve this issue?
