Thanks for sharing the screenshot. Which device are you using for Premiere Rush? What type of media files are you importing (codec/ format, frame rate, frame size)?

Is this media that you filmed using your iPhone 13? If so, try going to the Settings app on your phone. Then go to the Camera settings and open "Formats" and switch to "most compatible." Videos should import after that.

If you didn't use your iPhone to film the clip, what did you use?
