Premiere Rush and missing features

With Rush shutting down, the Updated Premiere does not have a wide arrangements of lower thirds or transitions. Has it been removed or am i missing something, i am working on a project and i need to add titles and name placards and Premiere does not have it!

Please help!!!

Hi,

Premiere on iPhone has titles. I've used them. Let me know if you need help. You can still use Rush, too.
