when I open the home page of adobe premiere rush my previously created projects do not appear. I've already searched through all the folders on my PC, but I can't find anything. can someone help me. I would like to see my previously made projects again. Thank you in advance!

This usually happens when a user has accidentally signed into an Adobe account that wasn't the same account used to create the Rush project... Can you double check to make sure you're in the associated account, and let us know if that was the issue? If it isn't, we can continue from there...

I've checked everything once and checked every possible account, but there's nothing to be found there either. I'm sure I'm on the right account. There are currently about 5 videos in the premiere rush home page, but there should be about 20.
Maybe these weren't synced...I have no idea.
What is striking is that I only have this problem after I received this email (see screenshot).

Thanks for the note. It sounds like you have two sign-ins for Rush; one for corporate and one for personal. Is that possible? Do you use the same sign-in for both accounts? Let the community know. More info about how you're set up would help us help you better.

Yes, it could be on another account, I also think it should be something like that. I myself have logged in to all possible addresses that I know, but when I open the rush home page there, they are all empty.
Is there a possibility to check how many and which accounts I have open on my email address?
Maybe I missed an account or logged in wrong somewhere...

I checked and I believe I saw only one up there. Have you tried signing out then signing back in as a troubleshooting step?

Yes, I have tried this several times. Also I tried to install the different versions of rush. But this also does not help, the same 4 videos keep appearing in the home screen, the other videos remain missing.
