Problems importing JPEG’s!

Community Beginner ,
Jun 22, 2021 Jun 22, 2021

I have been using Rush for a few weeks now, I decided to upgrade yesterday to the full version. Today I imported some video and photos that I had taken on my Canon camera. It was fine with the videos, but refused to import the photos, claiming that it was an unsupported format. They were JPEG's. I was under the impression that this was a supported format. Why is it not letting me import the photos? I can't continue with the upgrade if it does this as it renders the program unusable for me, I need to be able to import photos! Is there a fix or something I am missing? I am using an iPad Pro 2018 version if that helps.

Hello @defaultd8o5eimkf8xp

Currently, Rush mobile does not support still image sizes greater than 4k. If your image resolution is 4k or less, please share it with us to investigate further. The solution, for now, is lowering the resolution on your camera or make your already captured images 4K or smaller.

Sorry for the trouble!
