I am using Rush on Windows. Before this I have never had these kinds of problems but suddenly Rush keeps crashing when I try to export a video. It always happens when the rendering is almost done and then I am left with two seperate exported files: one AAC and the other M4V. My Rush is up to date and I tried loging out, restarting my computer then loging back in but the results are still the same. The video is only little over 3 minutes long and i have exported much longer ones before.
Same problem. Crashes when rendering. Changing the exported file location to Desktop fixed it on my program. Was rendering to local drive file, but changing location to Desktop worked (?)
Hi @Magoriiiiiii,
Thanks for the question. Welcome to the forum. What happens if you let these files rest for a few minutes? I have seen this before where the audio and video files are still being joined into a single file. Give it some time after the export, and then report back and we'll continue troubleshooting.
Thanks,
Kevin

Hi,
thank you for getting back to me so fast. I let the files rest for over an half an hour - still two separate files.

I suspect the AC3 audio. What device or camera are you shooting with? Let me know. A test file of your source footage would be great to have. PM me a link or put it here if you don't mind. Happy holidays.
Cheers,.

I have the same issue when using Windows. The render nearly finishes and Adobe Rush closes and I'm left with an unusable file. I am not using audio, the video is only 7 seconds long comprising of 3 images. I have tried closing and restarting the program, restarting my computer, and starting a new project, every time Rush crashes. Please advise

Save the file to your desktop when you render/export. See if it crashes when you export to a different location.
This fixed my problem temporarily. When the problem started back up, Adobe Support had to replace several export command files in the Premier Rush program and it began working correctly. Sorry I don't have more.

Thank you for your reply, I have tried saving to various locations but once the render bar his 20 seconds left the program just closes

That's where mine ended up. Crashed. Every. Time. They replaced the files I mentioned and it fixed it (so far).

Are there any effects in that location? Try removing those. If that doesn't work, try removing a clip at that location. It may be some kind of corruption with your media or render file. Hope we can help you @olivern70873949!
Cheers,
