See attached error - same when ever I try to export an existing project on my PC, YouTube or anywhere. I have exported earlier versions several time before. I have tried everything recommended in various blogs - nothing helps. Tried going back to earlier Rush versions, reinstalling display drivers etc. I have removed all media from teh timepoint identified in the error message (see attchment) but the same error messgae and time point keeps coming up. I have spent more than a day on this and must say the software seems unusable at this point. Can someone with the right skills look at my Rush project and tell me how to fix this? Otherwise I will have to start over again on another software product!

It is really frustrating that one gets zero help from Adobe on these eternal problems. All I get is this stupid email that asks if a reply solved my problems. If it did I'd be happy to send you another $10. But currently it's tryoing to deal with ablack hole.

Hi, sorry about that. Can you try toggling the option as marked in the image and see if that helps? Go to Edit > Preferences.
Let us know how it goes.

Thanks Kartika. By toggling that option you suggest to unchecked, RUSH now renders the project but comes up with a brand new error (see screenshot attached). The resulting file is unplayable. IU then tried to change the titles at that point in the timeline and RUSH now comes up with the original errors at the start of the project!!!! This really is junk software - what a waste of my time - and yours!!!! See screenshots below.

It's happening to me as well. Why would the playback be fine but the rendering fails? If my system is fast enough to play the file, it should be able to render just fine, because rendering doesn't need to happen in real-time.

Same here. Poor show Adobe. Would you recommend cancelling my longstanding CC subscription maybe?
