On opening the app, I can only navigate to my folder with video clips before it crashes, which is does before I even try to access a clip. There's no error code or message that pops up.
Windows is up to date, NVIDIA studio driver is up to date, I tried un/reinstalling Rush. I tried running as administrator, and it made no difference. I set the default GPU to the NVIDIA GPU.

Sorry about the crash. Does it crash when importing the media files? Could you try deleting cache files? Try clearing the media cache for Premiere Rush. Go to Edit> Preferences> Media cache and delete any old files.
Could you check conflicting software: Sometimes, other programs running in the background (such as antivirus software or screen recording apps) can interfere with Premiere Rush. Try disabling or temporarily uninstalling any such programs to see if that hel
