Rush Mobile Not Functioning

After months of successfully using Adobe Rush for mobile without issue all of the sudden it's a hot unusable app. Photos are disappearing, getting stuck and blinking, appearing as black and not visible after previously appearing normally. When I try to export all I see is a blank green video. I cannot edit any of my old videos or make new ones. What is going on???
