Strange stutter/choppy video

I've never had any problems with Premiere Rush up until a few days ago, where I noticed and realised that any and all video would be choppy and faster than it should be. I've  checking the framerate which was fine. I've tried changing the video to variable frame rate but that didn't work. I even checked the sample videos that premiere rush has, and they have the same problem. I can't seem to find any sort of solution.

Sorry to hear that. Which version of Premiere Rush? Also, let us know the device you're using.

What's the source of the media files?
