I subscribed to the app and it keeps saying I can't access any premium features. I've spoke to different customer service representatives but no solution has been provided. Am so tired of this issue happening over and over again. At this point I won't be renewing my subscription again.

Have you signed into the app with your Adobe ID? If so, you might try signing out and back in again. You might also try downloading the Creative Cloud Mobile App and signing into it too.
