I can select and move the timeline . But on iPad it won't just naturally roll on its own

Hi Tamia!

We're sorry about the trouble. Can you provide more details about the issue?

  • Does it happen with a particular project or it's happening with all files?
  • Which device did you use to capture the footage?

Let us know.

Thanks,

Kartika

Hey so it's a podcast captured on a laptop computer. It seems it's happening on all files. We can drag the timeline to certain portions just fine, it just won't move on its own on the iPad.

I see! Ideally, screen recorded footage has a variable frame rate. This could cause some issues in performance. We have an article that shows some suggestions: https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro/faq-issues-with-screen-recorded-footage-in-premiere-pro/...

Let us know how it goes.
