In the desktop app, when I click the blue plus sign to add Titles, Transition Graphics, or Overlays, I select the item (i.e. Basic Title 2-Line) I get the error: An error occurred during download from Adobe Stock server. Please try again. I have closed and re-opened Premiere Rush, and also signed out of my Adobe account and signed back in. Please help!
UPDATE: So I spoke with the Tech Support Department at Full Sail University today and they are aware of the issue as it has been an ongoing issue for quite some time. However, this is the solution they provided me to and it worked (so far):
1. Students must log into stock.adobe.com with their school credentials
2. Click on Templates in the top menu
3. Click on Motion Graphics Templates card (big card towards the right of the screen)
4. Select FILTERS from the left sidebar (should be first icon on th

2. Go to www.stock.adobe.com, and search for that MOGRT and select it.
3. Click on “Save to Library”
4. Go Back to the Rush application and Click on “Saved”
5. The MOGRT will be available in the list and you will be able to use it from here
I had this issue in our environment and it was due to mandatory permissions for the product profile in the Adobe Admin Console. It appears that you don't get the pop-up to enter these details like you would from the Adobe Stock Web portal. Once these were removed I no-longer recieved the error.
The EDU account may be a different issue depending on your school's license agreement. Do you know if your license allows you to access Adobe Stock content? The titles should be free for Premiere Rush users, but they come from Adobe Stock. So I'm wondering if there's a conflict that's preventing you and your students from using them. You might reach out to your school's IT department and/or Adobe's support:
Hi @Elizabeth5C40,
I read your message and you are saying you have no access to any of the graphics that come with Rush. That is terrible. As I understand it, only EDU users are experiencing the problem. I wonder what's going on there.
I just asked the product team for a response and to see if it can be fixed and I am awaiting a response. It may be due to a licensing feature that EDU admins need to install or a bug from our side. Let's see. I hope to hear back from them. Thanks again to you an

Sorry, meant to post this to the main thread:
Can't believe this but I may have found a work around depending on one's specific Adobe subscription; I'm on an educational one, but it could probably still work. Basically, I downloaded the .mogrt file of the motion graphic that I want and have access to in Adobe Stock to my computer, and then I went the "Add Graphic" menu, clicked on the three dots, and clicked on "install template" so I could find that .mogrt file on my computer and now, I'm able to use it, I just have to go to the graphics that I have saved instead of searching in premiere rush. I think there's a bug with the way that premiere rush is connecting to adobe stock, because I would think that normally, rush would just be able to do this step for you instead of you needing to do it manually. It's a bit tedious if you have a lot of motion graphics you need to work with, but it will work, I think. I think you could also do that with any .mogrt file, as long as it's compatible with premiere rush. Not an expert, but I hope that made sense

I purchased Premier and CC that includes Rush, but I get tagged for copyright on one video. I "heard" you have to credit FONTS now.....True VS False?

Hello there, I had this issue with a couple of assignments. I attempted this solution on my first assignment and couldn't figure out how to complete what you were trying to say to fix the issue. Then suddenly the title started working so I just moved on. Now on my second assignment, I picked out some new graphics I wanted to use, then figured out everything you were saying and installed the templates but they still will not work. I opened and closed Rush a couple of times and waited fifteen minutes to make sure everything was installed but I still got the same error message. Is there a work around this?

"An error occurred during download from Adobe Stock server" is the alert message when attempting to add graphic titles and overlays to Rush project timeline. Prior to this year 2024 it used to work all the time, now it does not, on multiple devices. Are you getting this major error too?
