Is there a way to transfer Neo files to another account?

My IT department transferred us to a new Adobe account, and I lost access to my Neo files.

 

Is there a way to transfer Neo files from one account to another? I shared them publicly, but it only lets me view, not save. I put a lot of work into those files and would be sad to lose all of it!

    Hey @jessvankoll 

    At the top right side there is a share button: 

     
    Click on the "Copy link" button and share the link.

    Hey O. Nate,

     

    Unfortunately, that only lets the receiver open the file in "View only." It's editable, but you can't save it. I'm looking for the option to "Save a Copy."

    Hey @Oh.N8! Are you able to duplicate a shared document? I'm unable. I know that at the beginning of the Neo Beta (6+ months ago), it was possible to duplicate most of the shared projects in the shared community by saving a new copy, but I'm not seeing this ability currently for shared documents in general (with the link, or with the community). The only option is "View only". Is your UI is showing something different?

    Good point. I was looking at my own files; and I saw the "Duplicate Button".  
    As you mentioned that feature was available 6+ or so months ago; we were able to duplicate other projects. Thanks for pointing this out. ^^
