Hi

I am using RoboHelp 2020.5.71 and I cannot generate PDFs. I get the following message:

Failed to generate test. Java installation could not be verified. See output logs for more details.

Can anyone help me please?

Thanks

Michelle

Yes. At first it didn't work, but it turned out that JRE 32-bit was installed even though I had specifically downloaded the 64-bit version. Or so I thought, apparently. Anyway, reinstalled as 64 bit, entered the environment variable and it worked.

I had to install the 64 bit version as well. Thanks for this reply.
