I opened my existing project (a very large one) and I got a message which I accidentally closed before reading. When my project opened, in the project manager, nothing seems to be showing. If I open the project folder in internet explorer, I seem to see all of the files there, but they don't seem to appear in robohelp. Any ideas what could be causing this?
I appreciate any help offered. Thank you.

Does robohelp have a feature to automatically save project files?
If so, have you tried opening one of those files?

You haven't said which version of RoboHelp you are using. Please always start a thread with this information.
I suspect it is a Classic version in which case see if this helps. I suggest before you go any further you create a backup of what you have got so that no matter what you do to fix things, you can't put yourself in a worse positions.

Sorry for the mistake in posting to the wrong forum. I was having a little trouble excessing the forums earlier. I am using Adobe Robohelp 2017 (13.0.0.257)
I made a backup as you suggested. I tried closing and restarting completely, but unfortunately, I still seem to be having the same problem. I can open the Sample Projects which seem to work fine. I am not quite sure what is causing the issue.

Apologies. I omitted to include this link in my previous reply. Let us know if it helps.
I don't think it is relevant in this case but it might be worth applying the updates that were issued for your release.
