CHM output - Options -> home produces error

We are publishing a chm help document for our users.  The intoduction page appears as our starting page just fine.  However, we have had some users playing with the chm file and if they ask for Options and then Home they get the error below.  I'm not seeing where I can specify what should display for that option.

Any help would be appreciated.

Are they trying to view it on a server or locally?

I never thought to actually use that combination. So, I can't say for sure.

What version of RoboHelp?

If you say 2019, is it classic or the new beast?

You specified the default start page in the output, right? If so, I'm out - CHMs are such ancient technology now, it's a wonder they still launch IMHO. Paging @rick 😂 - [edit - hey look! he's summoned!]

Okay, I wasn't sure which you were using, so I covered both bases. I just created and uploaded a video that should help.

Rick, As always you are amazing. It was the new 2019 RH and not classic. Adding it to the Windows setting did the trick. Thanks ever so much - Jim

I think amazing is highly suspect, LOL, but I'm happy I managed to help a bit! YAY!
