Disconnecting Printed Documentation

When I try to Print documents from RoboInfo using the Printed Documentation from the Single source layout, RoboInfo is being disconnected and I have to restart RoboInfo again. This started happening after I installed RoboInfo 5.0
I know this is RoboHelp but sometimes they have the same problems and resolutions.

Unless anything in the RH installation topic helps, there is nothing I can add. I am particularly thinking about admin rights.

Sorry but not a message I have seen in RoboHelp or seen posted about. Is the message actually "disconnected" or is it the standard "such and such a program is being closed"?

There is a topic on my site about installing RoboHelp. Perhaps some of the points there apply to RoboInfo?

I was going to say there is a RoboInfo forum but having looked there, I understand why you have also posted here.

It does not say anything, Roboinfo just shut down. One thing I have noticed is right before Roboinfo is disconnected the screen pointer flickers all the time.
