Edit/Change/Replace "How can we help?" text for frameless skin/layout/output home page

How/where can I change the default "How can we help?" text provided above the search box in TOP SECTION>CAPTION?

Okay. Global search on my system reveals the following additional info...

• In your output, you can manually edit the text in ..\whxdata\projectsettings.js

In that file, find the model.publish(rh.consts('KEY_LNG') section. The property for this text is"HomePageSubtitle".

That's a hacky/kludgey way to update it though. Is there some place in the RH2019 application UI where folks can edit/change this?

Try clicking Output > Labels > English (US) > HomePageSubtitle

What really threw me about it was that I fully expected to see some button or something I had to click to make the text editable. There seems to be no visual cue that you are able to just click on it and begin typing.
