Hello all,
I am new to RoboHelp, and I was wondering if there are any best CMSs that can be integrated with RoboHelp Version 2022.3.93. As I was looking into any CMS that is compatible with RoboHelp, I came across Adobe RoboHelp integration with CMS page:
After going through the page I was confused, as there was no mention of RoboHelp in the description or details of each CMS. In the page (image shown below), I saw statements that mentioned "Integrates with earlier or latest releases of FrameMaker."
Please let me know if the CMS mentioned in the above image or URL is also compatible with RoboHelp. If the CMS mentioned on that page is only for FrameMaker, please suggest a good CMS, or even a list of CMS is also helpful.
Thanks in advance.

Robohelp can use several tools for source/version control. Here's the link for Sharepoint; use the table of contents to look at the others: https://helpx.adobe.com/au/robohelp/using/sharepoint.html
It can also publish to a few different tools such as sharepoint, AEM, salesforce knowledge, zendesk, servicenow, etc. Here's the link to the sharepoint page, and again, use the
...I don't think that's what the CMS is looking to do - it's mostly for version control and shared RH projects. For analytics, you'd be looking at RoboHelp Server - which is a totally different thing from RH itself.
You might want to have a look at Adobe Experience Manager Guides, which is the CCMS (Component Content Management System) in the Adobe Experience Manager ecosystem. AEM Guides is a bit like “the big enterprise version” of RoboHelp. If you are familiar with RoboHelp, you will quickly become familiar with AEM Guides.
The Adobe Experience Manager ecosystem consists of various modules:

Hello Amebr,
Thank you for your reply. But I want to know what is the best CMS (Content Management System) that can be integrated to RoboHelp. I would apperciate it if there are analytics or metrics about audience or viewers (view count, pages visited, and number of downloads) in the CMS itself.
Awaiting your response. Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Nishanth

However, you will no longer need RoboHelp, as you would use AEM Guides instead of RoboHelp.
P.S.: I guess I do not need to mention, that such a cloud-native enterpise solution with extremely comprehensive and powerful functionalities comes with a very different price tag than a desktop-based, single-user solution like RoboHelp.
