Responsive HTML - Sortcut keys. How to make collapsed-shortcut keys as default?

Hi all,

I am using RoboHelp Version 2020.8.34 and I use Responsive HTML format as output.

My question is can we set the shortcut keys (number 1) to collapsed as default (number 2) ?

Current condition: when user open page shortcut keys automatically shows, and user has to click "hide" ( number 3) to collaps. Is there anyway I can do it the other way?

You cannot change the default keys. There are third party apps that let you create shortcuts. MacroExpress remains the best but there are free alternatives.

I think the OP is talking about the behaviour of the mini-toc rather than actual keyboard shortcuts.

In RH2019, if you click inside the "Mini TOC (placeholder)" text and view the general settings panel, there is a "Show TOC in expanded form" checkbox. (The General panel should show a Type of "Mini TOC Caption". If this isn't the case, make sure you click right at the start of the mini-toc placeholder.) Assuming that checkbox exists in RH 2020, if you deselect it then the mini-toc should be collapsed to start with.

This is what the panel looks like in RH2019, hopefully it helps for RH2020:

@Amebr You're right. The terminology threw me.
