RH2022 Mini TOC is using Level 2 heading

Explorer ,
Jul 21, 2025 Jul 21, 2025

Try as I might, I can't seem to find out why my Mini TOC looks like this:

I am using these settings:

...for Container, Container OL, Item, Selected Item, Item Level 1 and Item Level 2

Any ideas?

thank you,

Lon

Looks like you are editing more settings than you should. You will need to reverse those.

Good morning, Peter!

Okay, I "reversed" all the settings to start clean, but the Level 2 heading (blue, small caps) is still there, and I have to explain this in a meeting half an hour from now.

Thank you for any help you can provide...
