Where can I find a download of that version?
Further, is there a separate installation for 2019 Classic vs Reimagined?
@Jeff_Coatsworth I see it as suggesting one installer installs both, hence no choice.

Yes there are 2 installers - one for Classic & one for New UI. Your subscription entitles you to both (and 2020 and 2022 also).
I think (because I'm not on a subscription version) you just log into your Adobe account and they are available in there someplace.

@Jeff_Coatsworth Are you sure? I thought it was one installer that installed both versions.

Hi Peter,
I installed 2019 but it comes up in reimagined mode and due to experimentation, I believe you cannot upgrade from hhp/mpj projects to 2019 reimagined. Another possibility would be to somehow "switch" modes while in 2019, but I don't know if that's possible; I certainly don't know how if it is!

@Peter Grainge 100% sure? - nope, but the fact that @BarryMV didn't seem to get a choice when installing indicates that there are 2 flavours out there.
[Edit - yup - 100% wrong - 1 installer gets you both flavours in separate folders - although still not sure if you end up with 2 shortcuts on your desktop or just one for the New UI]

I can't swear I had a choice during installation. However, I've been dealing with 2019 and 2022 (and x3) for the last week or so, and I do know that at one time I was able to start 2019 by double clicking on a sample XPJ file and, alternatively, using the same installation, was able to bring up a reimagined environment by doing the same to a sample rhpj project. So my money would be that 2019 goes both ways, as it were. But now I have no xpj-based example project to launch from.

@BarryMV @ do you see in the Windows Start menu for 2019?
I see two folders. Adobe RoboHelp Classic 2019 and Adobe RoboHelp 2019.

I feel foolish, but I don't see any Start menu. When I launch directly from the RoboHelp.exe, I see this
And the menu area looks like this:

That it! I see 2 options: one for 2019 and another for 2019 Class. Many thanks!

Thanks, Jeff. I don't yet have a subscription; I am doing the 30 day trial. I have an ancient large set of MPJ (circa RH X3) projects that I want to make current. I am in the second week of figuring out how to do that. I have been able to download the RH2019 Classic with prior help (ie a link) from one of the adobe support people, but I have apparently lost that link and am wondering where I might go to get it! With that installation I proved that it was possible to convert an X3 project to a (2019) XPJ project, then upgrade to RHPJ (via 2022). I know it sounds crazy, but that's my task. So, short of re-engaging online Adobe help, I thought I'd see if there was a known trick to get at previous versions on a Trial License. Thanks, again. Barry
