Hmm, don't create PDF output so I haven't really looked at that bit - the fact that it appears on a new project, but not on an upgraded one, maybe indicates that if you create a new preset in the migrated project, it might appear. There should be new options available for the page properties of a PDF page layout templates (such as page size, orientation, layout, background, and footnote) but they are not showing up. If it's just started with FM2019, the first thing I would try is to patch FM2019 to the highest version available and see if whatever is causing the crash has already been fixed. Next thing I would try is loading a trial version of FM2022 on a separate machine and testing it with a copy of your content - if that works, the solution is pretty clear - you need to upgrade. You have to remember that there are 2 PDF creating engines in FM2022 - the older Print to Adobe PDF printer instance that uses Acrobat Distiller, or the newer PDF Publish method (includes Save as PDF). The newer Publish route has the option to flip back to use the older engine (as @FrameMaker-dk has shown). ... View more
