Hi we are importing HTML files in RoboHelp 2022. The imported files are showing in the tool , and on generation also showing in web browser, but not being displayed in Output folder.
As described, that is not possible. To show in the browser, the files must be part of the output.
You say the files show in RoboHelp. Please confirm they are showing in the Contents panel rather than elsewhere.
You must also have added them to the TOC to get them to generate but please confirm that.
Finally, in the preset, the Output path should be a folder on your local drive. Please change that to a new folder and test again.

Hi Peter,
Thanks for your response. The HTML files were showing in the Content Panel, but were not added to the TOC, so out put folder, did not show the imported files.
After placing in the TOC, the files are showing in the generated Output folder.
Thanks!

Yeah, that's the new twist with the New UI versions - you have to include everything in the TOC to have it included in the output; but you can hide things in the TOC so that they are included, but don't appear as TOC entries.
