I have been trying to include screen captures in my RoboHelp
for Windows help, but the captures never appear crisp and readable.
I've tried a number of graphic formats (.gif, .jpg, .bmp) but none
work well. Does anyone know how to include screen captures that
display well?

I use RoboScreen Capture to capture the images and then use
the methods described in this topic to resize them. I think most
tools for capturing screenshots will give good results including
the PrtScr key. The differences arise when you resize.
The topic is aimed at RH HTML users but I think most of it
will apply to you as well.
