Runtime Error 5152

Running RoboHelp for Word X5.0.1 with X5.0.2 Update and MS Word 2003. Have had no problems with current set up since set up in May06. As of this morning when I try to open any project I get a runtime error in word (Runtime error '5152' Method 'Name' of object 'AddIn' Failed). If I run the MS Visual Basic debug, it highlights code related to "load robohook". Once I end debug, I receive a RoboHelp message "Robohelp Explorer unable to start MS word. Found an exact match for the runtime error at http://www.adobe.com/go/rb_100000 <.... but I do not have Adobe Acrobat installed on my PC and therefore the PDFMaker.dot file does not appear under "Templages and Addins". HELP. Did I mention I have a Friday deadline.

Not sure if anyone cares.... but I managed to resolve the problem I was having. The solution was getting a new network ID set up for me. We tried to create only a new profile using my exisiting network ID and the problem persisted.
Now when I log on to my machine with my new network ID, RoboHelp and Word are talking again. ... now I can get some work done... BFN

UPDATE: I had a co-worker sign on to my machine, using their login ID. They were able to open RoboHelp projects without experiencing any problems. They made a few changes, saved them, reopened, all symptom free.

Any new ideas?
