Hi,

The CHM file is generated and bundled as a single file in a . CHM form by the RoboHelp tool to work in an application, and in a Frameless output, each help file is available as a separate HTML file.

Could someone explain internally within the application how the tagging helps IDs with context-sensitive topics in a CHM and Frameless output is done?

RoboHelp simply applies the Map ID to the topic. It's then up to the developers in their software to make a call to the Map ID. It's their software doing the work.

Yes and the 404 page you got explains why and gives you a link to the home page of my site. The page you want is in the TOC.
