I am trying to install ROBOHelp 2019, but somehow it stucks at 95% only. I have lincense for the same.
I tried many times but no use. I installed Adobe Creative Cloud also, but still issue is there. Can anyone please tell me what are the prerequisite for installing ROBOHelp 2019?

See https://helpx.adobe.com/robohelp/using/rh_system_requirements.html

Does your machine meet those requirements? Does it stick for long at 95%?

Are you installing it as an admin user with rights to your c:\ drive?

Go to Apps in Windows Settings and see if it is showing Adobe RoboHelp 2019. If it is, it shouldn't as the install did not complete so click Uninstall and reboot. Then try again.

If it does not show there, have you rebooted after each install attempt?

If still stuck then I think you need to get in touch with Adobe Support who will assist.

Did you try right-clicking and running the installer as Administrator? Are you working in a corporate locked-down environment? Do you have an anti-virus system running?
