That sounds like the message you get if you take a Word document out of its project folder, move it somewhere else, and then try to work on it outside RoboHelp.

There's a topic on my site all about printed output. Try working through that.

Hi Peter:

I am working in my robohelp project folder, and then trying to create the printed document. Not sure where to look for what might be missing. Ideas? I'll review your topic on your site. Thanks for the help.

Peter:

I noticed that in addition to the error I recieved that the project cannot be found, that i also get two other messages:

1) macros in this project are disabled. please refer to the online help of host application to determine ho to enable macros.

2) this document cannot be closed because it is referenced by an open VBA project. You should close the project that references this document before closing this document.

I am unaware of any macros being used. i have not created any, or turned anything off mistakenly that i am aware of.

When the documentation is created, all topics show 'NO DATA'

Any other suggestions?

TIA, Matt

It might be worth checking the document is still associated with the project template.

That additional information is quite important. In Word go to Tools | Options | Security and click Advanced. Reduce your security level to Medium or Low. Then try again. If it doesn't work at first, try a reboot.
