Hello,
After updating Robhelp RH2022 from version 3 to version 6, the variable edit is empty. The variables are lost in all the content.
Has anyone had this problem?
Variables changed in Update 4. See https://www.grainge.org/RoboHelp_Tour/rh2022/introduction/2022.htm
Quite how that has affected you, I'm not sure. See if the above helps. If not, I suggest for this one you need to go to Adobe Support. See https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#robohelp for your Adobe Support options. The email link tcssup@adobe.com is recommended as it reaches a team dedicated to Technical Communication Suite products including RoboHelp.

Hello, thank you for your reply, indeed the link sent concerns my problem because looking at the source code before (RH2022 version3) the structure is completely different from that of the latest version 6. So I redeclared my variables in the new version, keeping the same names, and everything is back in order.
