Hi!
Does anyone know why a big animated 4-square image (as shown in the image below) appears in a responsive HTML output? Is this because I am using a trial version?
The image below shows the result after I imported a Word file into a trial version of RoboHelp 2015 and then outputted it to a responsive HTML file.
Your help would be highly appreciated.
David
Dear Ankit,
Thanks. After I applied the fix, the output looks OK now in Chrome, Firefox, and IE. Thanks a lot!

David,
It is to indicate that the topic is loading, it goes away once the topic is completely loaded.
Is it not going away for you?

Dear Vivek,
Thanks for your quick reply. Yet, this image never goes away and it shows on every page.

David,
What web browser are you using?
Does this happen in other browsers too?

Hi!
I tried viewing the output in Chrome, Firefox, and IE (all in the latest version) and the results are the same (with the image that keeps loading and rotating).
However, I also tried creating a new project from within RoboHelp and the result is OK. (The rotating image does not appear.)
If needed, I can send you the outputted files (compressed to the 7z/zip format) for further testing and evaluation.

Dear Ankit,
I've send the original Word file and the HTML output results in the 7z format to you via WeTransfer. Please check.
Notes:
1. This morning I found out that only Chrome and Firefox have this problem, while IE is OK. (This is strange because yesterday the IE result also had the image shown in the middle of the help screen.) See the screen capture below for HTML output comparison result.
2. My laptop is running on Windows 8.1.
3. Chrome version: 45.0.2454.93 m; Firefox version: 40.0.3; IE version: (see screen capture below)

Whatever Ankit's answer is, it will not be because you are using the trial version. That is fully functional with no watermarks or other restrictions.
When you have the answer, please share it here for the benefit of others.

Dear Peter,
Sure. I will post their answer here once I hear from Adobe Technical Support.
I am actually planning to purchase RoboHelp 2015 for use at work. But, I really need to figure out why the problem happened.

Dear Ankit,
Can you tell me when the fix will be ready?
My RoboHelp 2015 trial version will expire soon. I need to know if this bug can be fixed. If yes, then I should be able to persuade my company to allow me to purchase RoboHelp 2015.

Hi David,
I apologize for the delay, but the fix is still under testing.
The testing takes time because we need to test our fixes across multiple OS versions and multiple browsers.
This dramatically increases the number of OS/browser/version combinations that need to be tested.
However, please be assured that the bug has been fixed and will be available soon.
Regards,
Ankit

Thanks. Please also tell me how to install the fix.
Ps. I've unzipped the file and found 5 *.js files. But, I don't know whether there is a standard procedure (sequence) for running these 5 files.
