Hi there
Perhaps it would be helpful to also see a screen capture of the Publishing settings dialog from RoboHelp?
Cheers... Rick

I was confused. I meant Filezilla.

Perhaps you need to create a folder on the server that is named "INeedHelp" inside the HelpOnline folder?
I'd try that and then try publishing again. Maybe RoboHelp is having issues creating folders.

Hi,
Did you create the folder "INeedHelp" on the server side?
The image which you have shown is of RoboHelp server settings dialog.
Thanks and Regards,

Hi Surbhi
Curious what you are seeing that indicates RoboHelp Server? What I've seen so far just seems to be the standard publish dialog. So I'd love to know if there is some tell tale sign I'm missing.
Cheers... Rick

Rick is quite right and it brings up an important question. The term "server" in this scenario seems to be a conventional server and not the optional "Adobe RoboHelp Server" - a separate add-on product. So we need to have claudineibjr confirm that this is not being published to an Adobe RoboHelp Server (and if it is, which version?)
Otherwise I think this relates to a common problem some folks have had using the WebHelp publishing dialog using the FTP protocol dialogs. It usually relates to a permission issue or experimenting to find the right string for the path to the FTP Server (as shown in the last screenshot). First let's establish claudineibjr is not using Adobe RoboHelp Server because that requires a different approach altogether.

Hello again
I am also a FileZilla user. I manage one of my web sites using RoboHelp and I "publish" using FileZilla. I've never set it up to just publish from RoboHelp. I always open FileZilla to publish.
Cheers... Rick

Still, thank you.
