Publishing has been cancelled.

Hello,
When I try to generate and publish my already the WebHelp documentation on my FTP, you are giving this error message below.

Failed to create directory: _Portais.

OK

But the settings, I put as it is in FileZilla, FileZilla and functions normally. What can it be? Images below.

Did you create the folder "INeedHelp" on the server side?

The image which you have shown is of RoboHelp server settings dialog.
